Carbon Zero is an environmental climate action service developed by cerosolution for the purpose of encouraging users' voluntary participation and learning through various campaigns. Points (Carbon Tree: cTS) are awarded according to the performance of participation activities.

2.2. Users must not infringe upon the personal information of others or maliciously disrupt the service for other users.

• (c) Information provided: Name, ID, email, ctspoint, phone number, address
• (d) Retention and use period of personal information: Until withdrawal of membership or termination of outsourcing contract.

11. Protection of Third-Party Information

11.1 [cero solution] endeavors to ensure that information provided to third parties is securely protected. However, [cero solution] is not responsible for the third party's privacy policies.
